1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before the product is processed, customized, or shipped.
- Once fabrication, customization, or installation scheduling has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- Any approved cancellation before processing may be subject to administrative or processing charges.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be offered only under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is defective, incorrect, or not as described.
- Installation or product failure occurs due to manufacturing defects (not physical misuse).
- The order cannot be delivered due to internal logistical reasons from Spider Invisible Grill.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Customized or fabricated orders once production has started.
- Customer provides incorrect measurements, specifications, or installation details.
- Damage caused due to mishandling, improper use, or modification after installation.
- Installation issues caused by structural limitations, previously undisclosed obstacles, or unsafe site conditions.
4. Replacement or Repair
- If a product is defective or damaged during installation, Spider Invisible Grill will inspect and provide repair or replacement as applicable.
- Replacement timelines may vary based on availability and material requirements.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
6. Installation Charges
- Installation fees, site visits, and labour charges are non-refundable once the service is initiated.
- If the customer denies installation after the technician has arrived on-site, a service fee may apply.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations will be handled in accordance with Indian consumer laws. Spider Invisible Grill will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns amicably before legal steps are taken.
